Martini – Vodka or Gin with Dry Vermouth stirred with an Italian Cerignola olive, lemon peel or lime twist. Optionally sweet, perfect, bone dry, wet, dirty and perhaps even shaken. From 20.0

Negroni – Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth. Stirred and served with a flamed orange peel. Strong, bitter and slightly sweet. 19.0

Rye Old Fashioned – Double whiskey, sugar, a dash of bitters with muddled orange and a maraschino cherry. 22.0

Long Island Iced Tea – Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila & Triple Sec with lemon infused simple syrup & minimal Coca Cola 23.0

Bloody Mary – Double Vodka, Tomato Juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco Sauce & cucumber slices with salt, pepper and lemon juice. No prawns and no carrots. Magically cures hangovers. 19.5
