Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
⅔ Cup of Cream
½ Cup of Sugar
¼ Cup of Cocoa Powder
12g Dark Chocolate
2tbsp Unsalted Butter

Method
1. Put the cream, sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate in a pot.
2. Heat it up until boiled, mixing constantly until sugar and chocolate have melted in thoroughly.
3. Remove from the heat, and add the butter. Stir through until all the butter has melted and mixed in.
4. Store in a container and refrigerate it, or use it straight away. Sauce will last for two weeks in the fridge.
