Tazio Birraria, Pizzeria and Cucina is located in the incredible theatre district in Melbourne CBD. Strategically placed on the corner of Flinders Lane and Exhibition Street, Tazio is a short ten-minute walk to the Princess Theatre on Spring Street and within a 20-minute walk to all other theatres in the city. For your convenience, we offer $6 evening parking when pre-booked online with Secure Parking. Tazio is a well-known meeting point for pre-theatre dining and drinks and is the perfect place to begin the fun with friends and family.

We offer great pre-theatre meal deals and a fast, friendly service. Our staff understand that guests may be in a hurry and are always happy to work with any time constraints. Start your afternoon or evening off with something light to eat such as an antipasto platter with cured meats, marinated olives and Persian fetta, or maybe tender Calamari dressed with capers. If you prefer something more substantial why not try one of Tazio’s famous pizza’s or a delicious Cotoletta washed down with a celebratory cocktail, glass of wine or champagne, or an ice-cold beer. Pre-theatre dinner and drinks are a great way to start the entertainment, so if you are looking forward to a show at the Princess Theatre, The Regent Theatre, Her Majesty’s Theatre or even the State Theatre, Tazio is the perfect starting point. Bookings are not essential, but reservations are recommended for larger groups.
