For arguably the best traditional Italian pizzas in the Melbourne CBD, Tazio is the restaurant for you. Located on the corner of Exhibition Street and Flinders Lane, the restaurant specialises in contemporary Italian-Australian cuisine with authentic Italian pizzas. We believe in having a menu that reflects the freshest ingredients available and for this reason we have specials that change regularly throughout the week and often sell out quickly

The pizza menu is vast encompassing the most well-known pizzas such as the Margherita as well as the ever popular Veneto, a mix of crispy pancetta, roasted peppers and goat’s cheese on our traditional Napoli base. For something a little different why not try the Della Mare; a mix of chilli, garlic and prawns topped with fresh spinach; this is the pizza that brings many of our customers back time and time again.

For when you don’t fancy pizza, we have a selection of mains that are just as appealing. From our flavourful lamb ragu with pappardelle to our 300g scotch fillet steak cooked to your liking; we have something to satisfy everyone’s tastes. For those with dietary requirements there is no need to fret, with gluten free options to vegetarian or dairy free, we never let anyone go hungry.
